As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide support, and maintain a professional and positive experience for each client interaction. Once onboarded, you will have the opportunity to select from available client programs and begin working with the company that best fits your schedule and preferences.
