We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Hospitalist to provide exceptional inpatient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Pediatrics (Highly Preferred)
- Proven experience in pediatric inpatient care
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with newborn care and neonatal management
- Familiarity with CLIA-waived in-office testing and hospital-based labs and imaging
- Bilingual abilities a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO with valid medical license to practice in the state
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience
- Prior experience with rotating call schedules and clinic work
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a fixed schedule: Monday - Thursday , ; Friday
- Call responsibilities approximately 10 days per month, including weekends
- Documentation of all overtime and call-back hours
- Successful completion of background checks, drug screening, and credentialing processes
- Willingness to participate in rotating call schedules and emergency coverage as needed
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
