Position Details:
Patient Population: Population 200,000+, serving 16 surrounding counties
Setting: Inpatient, Clinic, Operating Room
Responsibilities: Clinical care, surgical procedures, trauma/orthopedic call, inpatient rounding on post-op patients, inpatient/ED consults, follow-up clinic visits
Required Procedures: Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement; hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgical procedures; trauma injuries; fracture care; sports medicine; and other orthopedic disorders
EMR System: GE Centricity (clinic), Epic (hospital)
Support Staff: 4 physicians, 7 APPs, 1 nurse/provider, 3 cast techs/7 providers, 3 reception staff/7 providers, 2 surgery schedulers/7 providers
Days Per Month: Must be available at least 2 weeks/month
On-Call/Weekends: Yes 24-hour call coverage, follow-up clinic visits

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified (cannot accept Board Eligible) REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice history REQUIRED

• Active IA license or Active IMLC (with LOQ) REQUIRED

• Must be available at least 2 weeks per month REQUIRED
