Warehouse Clerk

Physicians Mutual is hiring for a full time Warehouse Clerk in our Mail Processing Center. The selected candidate will ensure materials are received, delivered, and inventoried accurately and within necessary time frames to meet both internal and external customer needs. Unloads trucks, verifies carton counts and content, and completes corresponding documentation. Prepares supply orders providing accurate counts and completes corresponding documentation for Mail Processing Center. Receives and ships 25 pallets per day (3 - 6 truckloads). Fills Home Office and production orders daily. Physically counts inventory to maintain accuracy. Delivers mail to Home Office and Post Office. Prepares United Parcel Post orders for shipment.

$16.00 Hourly (Plus for experience) 

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driverâ??s license.
• Production experience or previous warehouse experience is desired.
• Must be able to routinely lift and stack material weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate PC network software including Excel, MS Word and Visual.
• Mechanical operation and ability to safely operate (or learn how to operate) a forklift and hand-operated hydraulic jacks.
• Math aptitude is necessary for record keeping purposes.
• Ability to work in a team environment and foster cooperative efforts while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work effectively under deadlines and production schedules.
