The Manager of Enterprise Digital Infrastructure and Connectivity leads the engineering and operations of enterprise data networking and unified communications across Nebraska Medicine and UNMC. Owns the strategy, reliability, and lifecycle of LAN/WAN, wireless, data center and cloud networking, VoIP, collaboration platforms, and contact center technologies. Ensures secure, resilient connectivity and communication services that enable patient care, education, and research.
Required Qualifications: Manager Enterprise Digital Infrastructure and Connectivity
* Minimum of 10 years progressive network/voice engineering experience, including large, complex, multi-site environments required.
* Minimum of 3 years leading technical teams with 24x7 operational accountability required.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required.
* Hands-on expertise with enterprise routing/switching, wireless, SD-WAN, load-balancing, DNS/DHCP, SIP trunking, QoS, and UC/collaboration required.
* Experience with contact center platforms and call-flow/IVR design required.
* Demonstrated mastery of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem) and service reporting required.
* Strong vendor management and budgeting experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: Manager Enterprise Digital Infrastructure and Connectivity
* Healthcare delivery organization experience and familiarity with clinical communications preferred.
* Certifications: CCNP/CCIE (or equivalent vendor certs), Cisco Collaboration/Voice, Palo Alto, ITIL, PMP preferred.
* Cloud networking: Azure VNets/VWAN, AWS VPC/Transit Gateway, hybrid connectivity preferred.
* Zero Trust segmentation, micro-segmentation, NAC, and network automation (IaC/APIs) preferred.
