Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is a Partner of Choice for the Nebraska University System. Our Interns work a hybrid schedule and spend some days working on-site at our Omaha office located in Aksarben Village. Therefore, you will need to live within commuting distance from June 1, 2026 â?? July 31, 2026.



The Comp & Benefits (Total Rewards) HR Intern will gain knowledge and hands-on-experience working on a variety of Compensation and Benefits projects side by side with experienced HR professionals to help attract, retain, grow and develop our employees. Youâ??ll utilize your passion for people, curiosity, and problem solving skills to help HR navigate and work through essential programs and execute strategic goals.
