About this Opportunity:

The Intern, Service Group is responsible for providing professional administrative and technical support to Orion. Each internship opportunity is designed to provide a valuable work experience in the student's area of interest, while receiving on the job training.

For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Jacksonville, FL.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Assist Orion Service Teams with advisor-specific projects as needed

  • Assist Subject Matter Expert Teams with content development for training materials & Orion Service Team support

  • Assist with projects assigned by Manager such as development of training material & tools within new training software

  • Assist with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects as assigned

  • Assume other general administrative duties as assigned

  • Ensure forms, policies, systems and other information are kept current

  • Maintain files in compliance with applicable legal requirements

We're looking for talent who:

  • Has ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail

  • Has ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment

  • Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities

  • Has a minimum of a High School degree or GED

  • Preferably a current student in Junior or Senior standing working towards a Bachelors degree in an applicable field

  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification

  • Preferably has experience in a relevant administrative or customer service role

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
