About this Opportunity:
The Intern, Service Group is responsible for providing professional administrative and technical support to Orion. Each internship opportunity is designed to provide a valuable work experience in the student's area of interest, while receiving on the job training.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Jacksonville, FL.
In this role, you'll get to:
Assist Orion Service Teams with advisor-specific projects as needed
Assist Subject Matter Expert Teams with content development for training materials & Orion Service Team support
Assist with projects assigned by Manager such as development of training material & tools within new training software
Assist with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects as assigned
Assume other general administrative duties as assigned
Ensure forms, policies, systems and other information are kept current
Maintain files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
We're looking for talent who:
Has ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
Has ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
Has a minimum of a High School degree or GED
Preferably a current student in Junior or Senior standing working towards a Bachelors degree in an applicable field
Obtain Orion Industry Certification
Preferably has experience in a relevant administrative or customer service role
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
