Job Title: Fuel Tankwagon Driver 

Legacy Coop is looking for a Fuel Tankwagon Driver with a valid Class A CDL with hazmat endorsements to join our energy team in Alliance, Nebraska.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting fuel to designated locations and customers, assisting with the success of the Energy Team, and adhering to all transportation regulations.  This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This position is full-time and comes with Legacy Coop's full-time benefits package including retirement, 401K, holiday, vacation and sick time, as well as competitive pay.  

TASKS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Delivers fuel to customers at their home or business
  • Completes daily truck maintenance report and notifies supervisor of any repairs needed
  • Prepares documentation in compliance with all rules and regulations
  • Completes weekly sales call reports, summarizing sales activities
  • Completes customer sales tickets, daily reports, and IFTA reports
  • Communicates with the office manager on the monthly credit list
  • Completes invoices and turns in all paperwork in a timely manner
  • All other duties assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have valid Class A CDL with a hazmat endorsement and a clean driving record.  Must complete all refined fuel and LPG training and safety classes.
