As part of our aggressive growth strategy in the Americas, we are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to ensure we meet our revenue growth targets by communicating with potential customers, with a heavy focus on lead generation and needs analysis

What You Will Do

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers using various sources such as databases, social media, and lead generation tools, to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers. Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Needs Analysis: Consult with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives—to guide them toward the right product offering.  

  • Relationship Building: Develop trust for the brand and company in early stages of the customer’s buying journey. 

  • CRM and Data Management: Utilize customer relationship management systems (Hubspot and Salesforce)to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales activities. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical support teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.. 

What We Need In You

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey product value effectively.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.

  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and support.

  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.

  • Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
