Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Projects and Services Manager who will facilitate the ongoing execution of digital marketing operations and maturity, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business and marketing objectives. This role requires a skilled communicator with strong coordination and task management skills, along with an understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement tactics, best practices, and technology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Intake and drive ongoing digital marketing projects and services to enhance speed to market and effectiveness of customer engagement, experience, and acquisition related efforts.
Facilitate digital marketing and engagement platform maturity, including social media, marketing automation, lead capture, and digital experience platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective operational advancements.
Ensuring clear communication of timelines, roadmaps, and updates across teams.
Develop and maintain standardized processes and documentation to ensure efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mar-tech.
Coordinate agency support relationships related to digital marketing technology and services.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous process and capability improvement.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or similar concentration.

Years of Experience

4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing operations, Business Analyst, Project Management or a similar role.
