Reports to: Client Advisory Services Leader
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Advisory Services Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead, support, and develop a team of professionals while collaborating directly with clients to deliver high-quality Client Advisory Services. You will ensure accurate transaction management, reconciliations with supporting documentation, and financial reporting, while also providing guidance and insights that support clients’ business goals. Provide leadership to a Client Advisory Services Team, ensuring quality work through review and feedback, while mentoring team members to support their professional growth.
Provide clients with recurring CAS advisory services and financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insights that support clients’ business goals.
Work closely with the Client Advisory Services Leader to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service.
Assist with technology integration’s and optimize use of accounting tools.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations and guidance on financial matters.
Maintain strong collaboration within the Client Advisory Services Team.
Demonstrated experience with monthly close procedures, including preparation and review of account reconciliations, and strong understanding of financial reports.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with QuickBooks Desktop / Online.
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred.
Experience with Bill.com is a plus.
Strong skills in financial data analysis and problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams, with the ability to effectively use these tools for analysis, documentation, and collaboration.
