Primary Function: The Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the daily operations towards strategic objectives, maintaining a sharp focus on quality and efficiency. Additionally, the position requires meticulous maintenance of student records, all performed within the framework of stated Servicer Level Agreements (SLAs). This role demands a proactive approach to ensure that essential educational processes run smoothly and consistently meet the expectations and needs of the institution.
The manager holds a vital role in managing various crucial aspects of university records. This includes the posting of university grades, participation verification, creating and managing terms, processing add/drops, supporting admissions functions, and overseeing document management such as receiving and fulfilling transcript orders. These responsibilities must be carried out within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), highlighting the position’s central role in ensuring seamless administrative processes and compliance with institutional standards.
