
Position Summary: The Enterprise Account Executive is a key leader responsible for acquiring new partners and driving revenue growth for Bellevue University. This role focuses on building high-level strategic relationships with external organizations, showcasing the unique value of our dynamic and comprehensive learning solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in outside sales, business development, and partnership cultivation to position Bellevue University solutions as the go-to choice for companies looking to deliver results-driven employee growth programs.
Essential Functions:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, target, and secure partnerships by demonstrating Bellevue University’s unique value proposition. Emphasize how its comprehensive solutions provide tailored entry points, efficient upskilling pathways, a stackable skills approach, and career-aligned learning opportunities designed to meet the specific needs of organizations.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement sales strategies that promote the unique benefits of Bellevue University’s comprehensive solutions. Focus on meeting the evolving needs of organizations and learners through Bellevue University’s comprehensive solutions offerings.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and leveraging industry connections. Focus on organizations seeking holistic and results-driven employee learning and development solutions.
- Track Sales Performance & Reporting: Utilize CRM and Sales tools to monitor client interactions, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth across all BU Solutions.
- Educate & Support Clients: Provide clients with insights into the benefits of the Portfolio and other BU Solutions, focusing on emerging industry skills, credentialing every skill, and providing hands-on project experiences to foster client retention and expansion.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Drive negotiations with prospective clients, strategically positioning our solutions to meet their unique needs. Focus on securing agreements that emphasize long-term value, mutual growth, and impactful results, ensuring a successful close
- Industry Engagement: Represent Bellevue University at industry events to showcase its diverse employee development solutions. Emphasize the unique value proposition provided by its flexible learning models and innovative approaches to strengthen market presence and reputation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Experience in promoting credential-based and applied learning solutions in the context of employee growth programs.
- Expertise in strategic partnership development and outside sales, focusing on learning and development solutions.
- Strong ability to articulate the value of our learning experiences, including upskilling/reskilling pathways and stackable skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and performance analysis.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex value propositions effectively.
- Strong market analysis skills to identify trends in workforce development and inform sales strategies.

Work Environment:
- The incumbent would work in a typical sales environment—with both on-site and off-site support.
- This will include normal office and out-of-office environments.
Pay & Benefits:
- The reasonable hiring range for this role is: $83,200 - $104,000.
- Bellevue University staff employees enjoy a benefits package which includes: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403(b) retirement and tuition remission.
- Bellevue University staff also enjoy 10 days of vacation, 10 days of sick leave and 5 days of personal time.
