As a Region Coordinator at CBUSA, you’ll help independent builders increase their profitability by making their business operations smoother and more effective. You’ll support our regional teams by keeping reporting accurate, vendor relationships strong, and rebate programs running efficiently. Your work directly helps builders access real savings and data-driven insights they can trust. Within a year, you’ll help streamline market operations and drive improvements that make a measurable difference for our builder members.
Remote – Must be located in Minneapolis, MN, Kansas City, MO, Omaha, NE or Lincoln, NE • Salary: $50,000 – $65,000
As a Region Coordinator at CBUSA, you’ll help independent builders increase their profitability by making their business operations smoother and more effective. As a Region Manager Trainee at CBUSA, you will play a vital role in driving growth by managing trusted partner relationships and recruiting new custom and independent builders within your assigned region. You will develop hands-on experience in sales, relationship management, and contract oversight, while supporting strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors. You’ll contribute to the success of CBUSA through customer service, compliance tracking, and performance reporting, helping to strengthen CBUSA’s presence and impact in assigned markets. As a Region Manager Trainee, you will have an opportunity to develop sales and leadership skills while building lasting industry relationships.
Dallas, TX area – Remote • Salary: $75,000 – $115,000

Success in this role means enhancing our internal capabilities and making a tangible impact on the overall productivity of the legal function.
Omaha, NE – Hybrid or United States – Remote • Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
As the Director of Marketing – Supplier Insights at Buildertrend, you’ll shape the voice and strategy behind a growing data platform that’s changing how the residential construction industry makes decisions. You’ll lead brand development, campaigns, and content that connects with builders, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors—translating data into clear value. Your work will drive adoption, enable sales, and influence how industry professionals discover, understand, and use Supplier Insights!
